About Peg

Peg Crawford, LMHC, RMT brings over 50 years of experience in counseling, energy healing and teaching to each session. She creatively combines traditional counseling skills with energy healing techniques such as Reiki, EFT, and Sound Healing to provide an integrated approach to releasing emotional and physical pain, trauma and stress. Visualization and basic energy principles provide additional direction and guidance throughout your sessions.

Classes

Peg has been teaching all levels of Reiki since 2002. These classes provide certification, and when taught at UB also provide instruction on integrative techniques for use in therapy. Additionally she teaches EFT and classes on Integrative Holistic Therapy.
