About Peg Crawford
Peg Crawford is a Psychotherapist and Healing Arts Practitioner who creatively weaves counseling skills with Energy Healing techniques and principles to bring a whole body experience to your emotional journey forward. Starting with traditional counseling techniques, she then addresses the embodied pain and trauma by integrating Reiki, EFT, and/or Tibetan Singing Bowls into the treatment.
These impact the body’s energy systems and remove blockages to restore healing and balance to the body. The release of toxins and rebalancing of the energy systems assist in bringing both physical and emotional relief, accelerating progress on all levels.
Peg has been a practicing counselor for over 50 years. For 25 years she has studied and practiced energy healing techniques, gradually integrating these with more traditional therapy in order to address the energetic component of trauma, anxiety, depression and pain. As Reiki was introduced into the sessions, the release of deeply rooted suffering became more apparent, and clients expressed a profound sense of relaxation, diminished pain and an enhanced ability to move forward.
These techniques were then taught at several local universities to practicing therapists, social workers and other helping professionals to begin the process of enhancing their own sessions. EFT and Tibetan Singing Bowls were added over the last 11 years, greatly enhancing the process.
Combined with basic energy principles such as the Law of Attraction and Visualization, each session becomes a synergistic confluence of emotional and verbal energies.
